How do I schedule an appointment?

You can call or email Becky directly or send a message (see CONTACT page or SCHEDULE NOW).

What do I need to bring to an appointment?

If you are coming for a comprehensive mediation review (CMR), bring all the medications and supplements you take. If you are coming for a targeted medication review (TMR), bring the medication or supplement about which you wish to talk.

In order to maximize our time together, we will send you a form(s) in advance if you wish to fill it out prior to our appointment.

Where will we meet? 

Once we have an appointment set up, we will determine the most convenient place for you to meet with me. Depending on the service and/or questions you have, we may be able to accomplish everything over the phone or via video (if you prefer).

What insurance providers do you accept? 

Meraki Medication Coaching does not accept direct payment from insurance companies, which means that we cannot submit to your insurance provider (see current pricing on the SERVICES page).

Can I use my FSA/HSA funds?

We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding the types of expenses for which you can use your funds. We can process payment from an HSA/FSA via credit or debit card, but this does not mean it is an eligible expense on your plan.

Do I need a referral from my primary care provider in order to meet with you? 

Absolutely not! However, with your permission we may communicate recommendations to your primary care provider if needed to ensure continuity of care.
